Team members join a culture driven by quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Insulator Fitter is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other mechanical and structural systems to improve energy efficiency and safety. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and cutting insulation materials, fitting and securing insulation, applying protective coverings, and ensuring work complies with project specifications and safety standards. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and inspecting completed work for quality and adherence to company procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, working primarily on construction and industrial project sites. The Insulator Fitter is expected to follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines and contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment.Qualifications Practical insulation fitting skills, including measuring, cutting, and installing insulation on various surfaces and systems.Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and basic construction documentation.Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices, use of PPE, and safe handling of tools and materials.Experience working on construction or industrial project sites, preferably within mechanical or building services trades.Basic proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in insulation and fitting work.Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, climbing, and working in varied outdoor conditions.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.Previous experience as an Insulator Fitter or related trade; vocational training or technical certification in insulation or mechanical trades is an advantage.Commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.Willingness to comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements for construction and safety.
