Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, assessing financial needs, and recommending appropriate products such as term life insurance, investment solutions, and other financial services. The role involves preparing and presenting financial strategies, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting clients through application and onboarding processes. Professionals will maintain accurate records, follow regulatory and company compliance standards, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry trends. Building long-term client relationships and contributing to business growth are central to this position.Qualifications Strong client service, interpersonal, and communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust.Ability to analyze client financial situations, set goals, and develop appropriate insurance and investment strategies.Sales aptitude, consultative approach, and goal-oriented mindset to grow a portfolio of clients and business opportunities.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, documentation, and follow-up tasks efficiently.Comfort working with financial software, online tools, and basic office applications to prepare proposals and maintain records.High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance, including willingness to obtain and maintain required state insurance and securities licenses.Entrepreneurial interest in building a financial services practice within Primerica’s business model.Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
