Job Title – Insurance Assistant/Medical Claims Officer (6 Months) - Only Immediate JoinersType - OutsourcedContract Duration- 6 MonthsWork Location – DubaiSalary – AED 4000- AED 4500Working days & timings – 5-day work and standard hoursMandatory details/Skills –Customer Service, Insurance, ClaimsJob description:Assist in processing new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.Enter and update policy data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.Support underwriters or claims officers with document handling, client communication, and case follow-ups.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for policies, claims, and correspondence.Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex cases appropriately.Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field).1–2 years of experience in an insurance company or related field is preferred.Knowledge of general insurance principles (motor, medical, property, etc.) is an advantage.
