We take pride in providing an exceptional patient experience by blending innovative medical solutions with seamless clinical operations.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to take ownership of our patient insurance approval processes. In this role, you will be the primary link between our medical team, insurance providers (TPAs), and our patients. Your main objective will be checking patient eligibility, preparing medical documentation, securing prompt prior approvals for medical sessions, and navigating portal systems smoothly.Key Responsibilities* Prior Approvals:Review treatment plans and clinical documentation to submit accurate, timely prior-authorization requests for session packages.* Insurance Eligibility & Verification:Verify client coverage, active benefits, co-pay amounts, deductibles, and remaining session limits prior to treatment.* TPA & Portal Management:Navigate insurance portals to upload medical notes, track pending requests, and obtain approvals.* Resubmissions & Rejection Management: Address queries or rejections from insurance auditors by collecting additional medical justification from clinicians and submitting appeals.* Patient Financial Guidance: Explain insurance approval statuses, session caps, co-payments, and out-of-pocket costs in a clear and professional manner.* Clinical Collaboration: Coordinate closely with front desk receptionists and medical team to align appointment schedules with approved insurance limits.---RequirementsExperience:3+ years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a UAE healthcare center or medical clinic.Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), eClaim workflows, and DHA insurance regulations.Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with medical insurance portals and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with insurance auditors and clients.What We Offer* Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.* Collaborative and supportive work culture within a fast-growing specialty clinic.
