They pride themselves on being able to provide all the advantages of a large national firm but with all the personal service and attention that only a local firm can offer.Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site Agency Operations Manager role. The ideal candidate will be a responsible for managing staff, overseeing processes and serving as a key member of the agency leadership team. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to function both proactively and reactively as each day will bring different challenges. Your key responsibilities may include:Run daily operations across both Personal Lines and Commercial LinesManage the service teams for both Personal Lines and Commercial LinesOwn processes, reporting and day-to-day office managementResponsible for basic Human Resources dutiesManage and maintain relationships with contracted carriersMonitor and oversee technology and systems utilized by the agencyBe the definitive point of contact for both clients and carriersDeliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyCollaborate with team members to achieve overall agency successRequirements8+ years of experience in Insurance across both Personal Lines and Commercial LinesManagement experience, ideally in the insurance industryExperience in an agency operations leadership role a plusActive P&C license in North Carolina and South CarolinaAbility to work on-site in Indian Trail, NC (outside of Charlotte, NC) Monday - FridayBenefitsSalary starting at $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experienceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement (3% company match)PTO
