HRGF promotes a professional work environment that values expertise, reliability, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing insurance policies and coverage related to the company’s engineering and contracting projects, including reviewing contracts, assessing risk exposure, and coordinating appropriate insurance solutions. Day-to-day activities include liaising with insurance providers and brokers, preparing and processing insurance documentation, tracking policy renewals, and ensuring compliance with relevant insurance and financial regulations. The Insurance Specialist will respond to internal and external inquiries, support claims handling, and provide guidance to project teams on insurance requirements and best practices. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, generating reports for management, and contributing to process improvements that enhance risk management and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with experience managing policies and claims for corporate or project-based environments.Understanding of Finance principles, including risk assessment, budgeting implications, and cost control related to insurance coverage.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and external insurance partners.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using office productivity tools and insurance-related systems.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with local insurance regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia; experience in engineering or construction sectors is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.We need 3+ years of experience in Insurance field.
