Intake & Case Manager with Receptionist DutiesEddington Law | Personal Injury Firm — Denver, CO | Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleEddington Law, a personal injury firm in Denver, is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Intake & Case Manager to be the heartbeat of our office. This hybrid role combines front-desk reception, new client intake, and active case management — ideal for someone who thrives on organization, empathy, and keeping many balls in the air.You will be the first voice a potential client hears when they call after an accident, and the steady hand guiding them through their case from first call to resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Intake (60%)- Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries promptly and professionally using Clio Grow- Conduct thorough intake interviews with prospective clients (phone and in-person)- Collect accident details, insurance information, and documentation- Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up on pending sign-ups- Run conflict checks and open new case filesCase Management (30%)- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement using Clio Manage- Request and track medical records, bills, and police reports- Communicate regularly with clients, providing status updates and empathetic support- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel- Maintain case deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations- Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation- Update case statuses and notes in SmartAdvocate consistentlyReceptionist / Front Office (10%)- Greet office visitors warmly and manage the reception area- Screen and route incoming calls; take accurate messages- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and scanning- General administrative support as neededWhat We're Looking For- 1+ years in a law firm (PI preferred) OR 2+ years customer service/medical office with strong admin skills- Experience with Clio Grow and Manage- Excellent phone presence and written communication- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityPreferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish), PI/medical terminology familiarity, notary certificationCompensation & Benefits- $40,000–$55,000 based on experience- Health insurance stipend up to $500/month- Paid time off + paid holidays- Growth opportunities as the firm expands
