Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, configure, and support healthcare integration solutions using Intersystems IRIS and HealthShare.
• Develop and maintain interoperability workflows that enable secure and seamless exchange of healthcare data across multiple systems.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Intersystems IRIS and HealthShare platforms to meet business and clinical requirements.
• Design and implement integrations leveraging healthcare messaging and interoperability standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, healthcare providers, vendors, and technical teams to deliver high quality integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability, security, and data governance standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and deployment procedures.Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in healthcare IT with a focus on interoperability and integration.
• Proficiency in Intersystems IRIS Platform and HealthShare, including configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, CDA, and IHE Profiles.
• Experience working with technologies such as SAML, OAuth2, APIs, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Technical Skills:We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
• Intersystems IRIS Platform and HealthShare configuration, customization, and support
• Healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, CDA, and IHE Profiles
• Healthcare integration architecture and interface development
• Intersystems Cache/ObjectScript, JavaScript, and SQL development
• Relevant Intersystems certifications such as Cache, IRIS Platform, or HealthShareNon-Negotiable Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:
• Strong hands on experience with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, CDA, and IHE Profiles
• Experience working with healthcare integration technologies such as SAML, OAuth2, SOAP, REST APIs, XML, and JSON
• Experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining integrations using Intersystems IRIS and/or HealthShare
• Experience with scripting languages such as Intersystems Cache/ObjectScript and JavaScript
• Strong SQL development and database troubleshooting capabilities
• Proven experience within the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Intersystems Cache, IRIS Platform, HealthShare, or other relevant integration technologies
• Experience working on large scale healthcare interoperability and digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of healthcare data exchange and regulatory requirements in the UAE or GCC regionMarket & Regional Experience
• Prior experience working within healthcare organizations, healthcare technology providers, hospitals, health information exchanges, or digital health environments
• Experience delivering healthcare interoperability projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preferenceIdeal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 12 years of healthcare IT experience with strong expertise in healthcare interoperability, integration architecture, and Intersystems technologies. They should possess hands on experience with Intersystems IRIS and HealthShare, deep knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CDA, and IHE standards, and a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare integration solutions.
