Currently, domain knowledge and incident response for our Celigo/NetSuite integration layer, order synchronization, wholesale/EDI feeds, and 3PL connections rely on external consulting partners. We are looking for an Integration Engineer to establish internal ownership. Someone who will monitor data pipelines, lead real-time incident response, and drive key architectural decisions to shape our long-term integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Own Integration Architecture: Serve as Thirdlove's primary internal lead for the Celigo/NetSuite integration layer, driving rapid first-line triage and incident resolution to eliminate reliance on external vendors.Monitor System Health: Ensure high availability and seamless data flow across core system-to-system integrations, including NetSuite order processing, 3PL fulfillment connections, and EDI feeds for wholesale partners.Lead Technical Partnerships: Act as a strong technical peer to external NetSuite administration and consulting partners, actively steering architectural decisions and long-term strategy.Shape Middleware Strategy: Spearhead build-versus-buy evaluations for long-term iPaaS architecture, defining the integration roadmap beyond the current NetSuite migration.Support Active Migrations: Provide end-to-end technical continuity and leadership during ongoing NetSuite instance upgrades and middleware platform transitions.Establish Internal Knowledge Bases: Comprehensive mapping and documentation of current-state integration architecture, including systems, data flows, directionality, and critical dependencies, ensuring institutional knowledge remains in-house.Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Data Engineering, and Finance teams to assess and manage the downstream impact of integration changes across inventory, fulfillment, and business reporting.Integrate AI Capabilities: Leverage AI-driven tools to automate data reconciliation, enhance error detection within integration pipelines, and optimize real-time system health monitoring.

Qualifications

Integration Experience: 5+ years building, supporting, or administering enterprise system integrations within retail or e-commerce environments. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and iPaaS/middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft) is required.ERP Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of NetSuite (or comparable ERP architecture) to analyze logs, trace data flows, and rapidly triage issues independently.Wholesale/EDI Exposure: Proven experience managing EDI and wholesale integrations, including order and inventory feeds for retail partners.Incident Management: Demonstrated ability to own real-time production incidents: diagnosing root causes under pressure, communicating status transparently, and driving resolution or timely escalation.Vendor Management: Skilled technical peer to external consulting partners, capable of challenging assumptions, guiding solutions, and systematically building in-house capabilities to reduce vendor dependency.Documentation Discipline: Strong commitment to maintaining comprehensive documentation to convert implicit knowledge into durable, organized internal assets.Technical Breadth (Bonus): Familiarity with Shopify APIs, 3PL/WMS solutions, or cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or BigQuery).AI Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to automate data reconciliation, optimize system health monitoring, and enhance error detection within integration pipelines.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 11pm to 8am PHTWhat's in it for you?💸 Highly competitive salary🏥 HMO coverage from Day 1 + 2 free dependents upon regularization💻 Enjoy a fully remote setup with all the tools you need🌱 Full-time role with excellent perks and benefitsReady to take the next step?
