Integration Engineer Internship

Company Description Robylon AI helps companies automate customer support using advanced AI agents, enabling them to resolve over 90% of tickets while significantly reducing average handling time and operational costs. The platform supports all major customer communication channels, including tickets/emails, chat, social media, and voice, in more than 40 languages. Role DescriptionAs an Integration Engineer Intern at Robylon AI, you will work full time on-site in Karnataka, India, collaborating with engineering and customer success teams to connect client systems with Robylon’s AI support platform.Co-design SOPs with clients for resolving customer queries across chat, ticket and voice channelsScope & plan each integration: gather requirements as per the SoW and turn it into anexecutable timeline with success metrics (coverage %, accuracy, CSAT)Lead the rollout & customer success loop: monitor post-launch coverage and accuracy, dig intologs, fine-tune prompts and flows, and run quarterly “AI health-checks”Troubleshoot in prod - replicate issues, ship patches, and write crisp RCAs everyone can readClose feedback loop by channeling customer insights to product and prompt engineering teamsQualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose effective technical solutions.Working knowledge of analytics and one scripting language (preferably Python)Hands-on experience with prompt writing (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)Deep understanding of customer problems and how to deliver exceptional user experiencesProficiency in troubleshooting and debugging system and integration problems in a structured, methodical way.Interest in AI, customer support technologies, and learning modern integration tools and cloud platforms.This is a 2 months paid internship, that converts into a full time role immediately.
