Core Responsibilities:Strategic Technical Leadership: Drive end-to-end design, development, and execution of resilient, complex enterprise integration solutions.Architecture & Governance: Lead architectural decisions for microservices, API governance, and long-term integration strategies aligned with the company IT roadmap.Technical Blueprinting: Translate intricate business requirements and user needs into comprehensive technical specifications and enterprise architecture designs.System & Production Stability: Champion the performance, scalability, and high availability of systems while leading incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.Event-Driven Architecture: Architect high-throughput, low-latency event streaming and data pipeline solutions to enable real-time processing.Security & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements specifically tailored for financial and payment systems.Team Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior team members to foster talent development and build a high-performing engineering culture.Technology Evolution: Keep the enterprise at the forefront of the industry by continuously evaluating emerging Java technologies and modern integration patterns.API Design: Proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable RESTful web services.CI/CD & Versioning: Practical familiarity with continuous integration/delivery pipelines and Git.
