Integration Senior (IBM webMehods)

Job Purpose:The Integration Senior (IBM webMethods) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using IBM webMethods technologies. The role ensures secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance integrations across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, business systems, and external partners while supporting digital transformation and enterprise integration initiatives.Key Accountabilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM webMethods technologies.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration architectures and technical solutions.Develop and support integrations across enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.Design and implement API, SOA, microservices, and event-driven integration solutions.Develop services, flows, mappings, transformations, and interfaces using webMethods Integration Server and Designer.Configure and support API management, B2B integrations, trading partner connectivity, and message-oriented middleware solutions.Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, messaging, and file-based communication mechanisms.Implement enterprise integration patterns and best practices to improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability.Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and optimization for integration services and middleware platforms.Support deployment activities, release management, production support, and incident resolution.Collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers and integration consultants.Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, integration governance, and development best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
