🚨 Hiring: Solution Architect / Integration SpecialistEnterprise Application Integration | Coupa · Oracle EBS · Salesforce📍 Location: Dubai, UAE🏢 Work Mode: Onsite📄 Employment Type: Contract⏳ Contract Duration: 3 Months💼 Experience: 10+ Years IT | 4+ Years as Solution Architect🎯 Focus: Enterprise Application IntegrationRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Integration Specialist to own and drive end-to-end enterprise integrations across Coupa, Salesforce, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration architecture, including API-led, real-time, event-driven, asynchronous, batch, and file-based integrations.You will act as the technical authority for integration architecture, solution design, delivery, troubleshooting, security, governance, and production support.Key Responsibilities🔹 Solution & Integration ArchitectureDesign scalable integration blueprints connecting Coupa, Salesforce, and Oracle EBS.Define API standards, data mapping, transformation, sequencing, error handling, and reconciliation strategies.Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, naming conventions, and governance.Review and approve partner/vendor integration designs.🔹 Integration DeliveryBuild and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, cXML, SFTP/flat files, Oracle interfaces, and Salesforce integration tools.Deliver Coupa–Oracle interfaces covering POs, GRN/SRN, invoices, payments, supplier/item master, budget checks, and tax codes.Support Salesforce–Oracle CRM/ERP flows including accounts, orders, pricing, and customer master.Manage integrations across DEV, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.Support deployment, cutover, regression, performance tuning, and release management.🔹 Middleware & APIHands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly preferred.Experience with MuleSoft and/or Dell Boomi is an advantage.Design API-led connectivity, ETL pipelines, orchestration, monitoring, and scheduling.Implement API management, security, authentication, and gateway solutions.🔹 Functional & Business IntegrationWork closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.Ensure integrations correctly support P2P/S2P, O2C, financial postings, approval workflows, taxation, and master-data processes.Define data mappings and ownership across suppliers, customers, items, chart of accounts, and tax codes.🔹 Testing & Production SupportDefine integration test scenarios and lead SIT/UAT activities.Manage defect triage and cross-system root-cause analysis.Provide L3 production support, monitoring, reconciliation, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.Maintain technical specifications, interface catalogues, data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, and data-flow documentation.Mandatory Technical Skills10+ years of IT experience4+ years as a Solution Architect / Integration ArchitectStrong hands-on enterprise integration experienceOracle EBSSalesforceCoupaOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)REST / SOAP / OData APIscXML and SFTP / File-based integrationsAPI Management & Integration ArchitectureEnterprise integration patterns: real-time, asynchronous, event-driven, and batchStrong knowledge of error handling, retry, idempotency, and reconciliationOracle EBS interfaces, PL/SQL, concurrent programs, and Open/SOA Gateway interfacesSalesforce APIs, connectors, objects, Apex/FlowsCoupa APIs, cXML, and Source-to-Pay workflowsSecurity & GovernanceOAuth 2.0SAML / SSOAPI gateways and API managementEncryption, certificates, key management, and PII handlingVersion control and environment/release governanceIntegration logging, monitoring, and alertingDomain KnowledgeSource-to-Pay / Procure-to-PayOracle EBS Financials & SCMGL, AP, AR, PO, InventorySalesforce CRM / Lead-to-OrderMaster Data ManagementBudget checks and three-way matchingFinancial reconciliation and audit trailsVAT, WHT, and e-invoicingUAE / ZATCA integration and compliance exposure is preferredPreferred CertificationsSalesforce Integration Architect / Platform App BuilderCoupa Platform / Integration CertificationOracle EBS / Oracle Cloud Financials or SCMMuleSoft / Boomi / Oracle Integration Cloud certificationTOGAFCandidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.Proven experience integrating Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Coupa.Strong enterprise integration architecture and hands-on delivery experience.Experience in multi-entity/group environments preferred.UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage.Must be comfortable working onsite in Dubai for the full 3-month contract.📩 Send CV: priyanka.jadhav@philodesigntech.com📱 WhatsApp: +91 92848 05350
