Integration Specialist

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Integration Specialist with a deep knowledge of WMS workflows and end-to-end fulfilment operations to manage and troubleshoot data flows between our WMS, ERP (Business Central), EDI, 3PL and carrier systems. The role combines integration support with data analysis: reconciling stock, orders and shipments across systems, and identifying root causes to improve fulfilment and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Integrations & Data AnalysisSupport and monitor integrations between the systems like WMS, ERP, EDI, 3PL, Carriers, ECOm, Marketplaces.Analyse integration data to reconcile stock, orders and shipments across WMS, ERP, EDI and 3PL systems, identifying discrepancies and their root causesTrack and analyse integration errors, failed messages and data mismatches to spot recurring issues and drive permanent fixesBuild reports and dashboards on integration health, data accuracy and stock variances between systemsValidate data mappings and message flows across APIs, EDI and file-based transfers (SFTP/CSV/XML) using data checks and sample analysisSupport integration testing for new warehouses, 3PLs, brands, retailers and system changes, including data validation before go-liveMaintain documentation of WMS integration flows, data definitions, dependencies and error-handling processes

Requirements

Hands-on experience supporting WMS integrations with ERP, EDI and 3PL/carrier systemsStrong data analysis skills applied to integration and stock data: reconciliation, variance analysis and error-trend reportingUnderstanding of integration methods: APIs (REST/JSON), EDI standards (e.g. EDIFACT/X12 orders, ASNs, invoices) and file-based transfers (SFTP/CSV/XML)Good knowledge of API management toolsPreferred:Experience in fashion, apparel, or multi-brand wholesaleFamiliarity with ERP systems (Business Central or similar)
