Integration Specialist

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to manage and support integrations between Ninja, our brands, and external partners. The role focuses on onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day integration operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the onboarding and activation of new and existing brandsSet up, configure, test, and maintain integrationsCoordinate with external partners on branch mapping, menu setup, configurations, and activationTroubleshoot integration, API, menu sync, order flow, and availability issuesMonitor integration-related cancellations and identify recurring issuesHandle and follow up on high-impact and key-brand issues until resolutionMaintain accurate records and share recurring issues and improvement opportunitiesRequirements2+ years of experience in Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Partner Operations, or a similar roleGood understanding of APIs and third-party integrationsExperience troubleshooting technical and integration-related issuesExperience working with external partners and cross-functional teamsExperience in E-commerce, Food Tech, Delivery, SaaS, or a similar industry is a plus
