This role will work closely with management, clients, and cross-functional teams to transform data and intelligence into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Conduct research and intelligence analysis to support strategic business decisions.• Collect, evaluate, and analyze information from reliable internal and external sources.• Identify market trends, competitive developments, industry risks, and emerging opportunities.• Develop intelligence reports, assessments, briefings, dashboards, and executive presentations.• Translate complex information and analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.• Conduct competitor, market, industry, and business environment analysis.• Monitor relevant economic, technological, regulatory, and market developments that may affect business operations.• Support strategic planning, risk assessment, business development, and investment decision-making.• Identify potential business risks, emerging threats, and opportunities through structured analysis.• Develop analytical frameworks, research methodologies, and intelligence processes.• Work with internal teams and clients to define intelligence requirements and research priorities.• Maintain databases, research records, intelligence repositories, and analytical documentation.• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, clients, and key stakeholders.• Collaborate with Strategy, Business Development, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.• Ensure sensitive business and intelligence information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.• Continuously improve intelligence-gathering, analysis, reporting, and decision-support processes.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, business intelligence, strategic research, consulting, risk analysis, market research, or a related field.• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex information.• Experience conducting research, competitive analysis, market analysis, or strategic assessments.• Strong ability to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities from multiple information sources.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical or business intelligence tools.• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.• Knowledge of data analysis, research methodologies, risk management, or strategic planning is preferred.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research and consulting assignments.• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Data Analytics, Finance, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications in intelligence, risk management, business analysis, or related disciplines are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to provide strategic intelligence and decision-making support to organizations and senior leadership.• Exposure to market intelligence, competitive analysis, business strategy, risk assessment, and emerging industry trends.• Career progression into Senior Intelligence Consultant, Intelligence Analyst, Strategic Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, Risk Consultant, Strategy Consultant, or Head of Intelligence roles.• A research-driven, analytical, and intellectually challenging work environment.• Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
