Location: Sydney , Australia [ 2 days in a week from office – Tue & Thu]Duration : 12 Months & renewalJob SpecWe are seeking an experienced Senior Intellimatch Consultant in financial reconciliation platforms, primarily IntelliMatch, to lead complex reconciliation transformation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation, platform upgrades, production support, client consulting, and mentoring junior team members while driving operational excellence for global financial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIntelliMatch Solution DeliveryLead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new reconciliations across various financial products and business units.Design, configure, and maintain reconciliation solutions using all IntelliMatch modules including:RecollectorAdministratorReconciliation ManagerSecurity AdministrationSchedulerDrive reconciliation transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reconciliation solutions.Client Engagement & ConsultingPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and client teams to gather requirements and define reconciliation strategies.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reconciliation processes and IntelliMatch capabilities.Conduct solution walkthroughs, client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.Build strong relationships with clients and provide advisory support on reconciliation best practices.Technical LeadershipLead platform installations, upgrades, migrations, and environment management activities.Perform solution reviews and ensure adherence to architecture and development standards.Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.Participate in project planning, estimations, and governance activities.Testing & Quality AssuranceLead SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.Ensure defect-free releases and platform stability.Develop test strategies and test cases for reconciliation implementations.Database & AutomationCreate and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, views, and performance tuning solutions.Design automated reconciliation processes and reporting solutions.Support integration activities with upstream and downstream systems.Production SupportTroubleshoot complex reconciliation breaks and production incidents.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational governance standards.Required SkillsCore IntelliMatch Skills5+ years of hands-on experience with IntelliMatch.Strong experience across:RecollectorAdministratorReconciliation ModuleSchedulerSecurity ManagementExperience in implementation, migration, enhancement, and support projects.Technical SkillsAdvanced SQL development experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, or PostgreSQL).Database design and performance tuning.Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.ETL and data processing concepts.Application deployment and environment management.Domain KnowledgeStrong understanding of:Cash ReconciliationNostro ReconciliationSecurities ReconciliationGeneral Ledger ReconciliationPosition ReconciliationTrade ReconciliationFinancial Services and Capital Markets domain expertise.Understanding of investment banking and asset management operations.Project ManagementExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.Interested candidate can share updated resume at rajat.singh@esolglobal.comCurrent salary-Expected salary-Notice period-Total years of experience-Nationality-Visa-
