Intensive care Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, manage complex medical conditions, and lead clinical decision-making in the intensive care unit (ICU).Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICUDevelop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex and life-threatening conditionsManage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunctionOversee ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care interventionsLead emergency resuscitation and stabilization effortsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesSupervise and guide junior doctors and other clinical staffMaintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of patient safety and careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeRelevant postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or Anesthesiology with appropriate critical care trainingSignificant post-specialization experience in intensive care at Consultant levelStrong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
