Intensive Care Unit Manager

Clinical Manager CCU/CVCU Are you a seasoned nurse leader ready to take ownership of a high-acuity cardiovascular unit? We're looking for a Clinical Manager to lead our CCU/CVCU team, someone who thrives under pressure, leads with purpose, and knows how to build a unit that delivers exceptional patient care day in and day out.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations across the CCU/CVCU, including staffing, budgeting, and complianceSupervise and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceMonitor unit performance against clinical standards and drive quality improvement initiativesLead using shared governance frameworks (Pathway to Excellence and Magnet experience a plus)What You'll Bring:Active Nevada RN license + BLS (ACLS preferred)BSN from an accredited nursing program5+ years of clinical nursing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory roleMinimum 2 years of CCU/CVCU experiencePrior experience managing 70+ FTEs strongly preferredExperience supervising a cardiovascular/coronary care unit at a comparable facility is a major plusThis is a leadership role for someone who is comfortable making tough calls in a fast-moving environment and genuinely invested in the nurses they lead.
