The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all critical care operations and ensuring the highest standards of patient management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ICU operations round-the-clockOversee patient care plans and critical decision-makingProcedures- critical care procedure (CVP lines, arterial lines, intubation)Supervise ICU medical officers and nursing teamsHandle all ICU emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary careEnsure compliance with NABH standards and ICU protocolsSupport training and clinical development of the ICU team

Requirements
