Interface Analyst

Role PurposeThe Interface Management Analyst - Airports supports the Interface Manager in identifying, documenting, tracking and coordinating interfaces and interdependencies across the airport programs.The role maintains the interface register and provides the analysis, documentation and coordination that keep interface management accurate, current and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesInterface Administration & AnalysisMaintain the interface register, definitions, agreements and status data.Analyze interfaces and interdependencies and highlight gaps, conflicts and risks.Track interface actions and issues, chasing owners to keep records current.Coordination & ReportingSupport interface coordination forums - scheduling, papers, minutes and actions.Liaise with workstreams, vendors and stakeholders to gather and validate interface data.Produce interface status reports and dashboards.AssuranceCheck completeness and quality of interface documentation.Support integration, readiness and go-live activities from an interface view.Skills & ExperienceEssentialAnalysis & coordination: Experience in an analyst, coordinator or interface/PMO support role.Documentation: Strong documentation, data-handling and tracking skills.Organization: Structured, organized and detail-focused working.Tooling: Proficiency with MS Office and register/tracking tools (Excel, JIRA/ADO, SharePoint).Communication: Clear communication and stakeholder liaison.DesirableExperience in aviation, airports or infrastructure programs.Understanding of system integration and interface concepts.Foundation-level project/systems certification.Exposure to MSI delivery models.QualificationsDegree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.Foundation-level project/systems certification desirable.Key CompetenciesAttention to detail - structured thinking - organization - proactivity - clear communication - collaboration - reliability.
