Through its work, RTCC supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and is recognized for its commitment to trust, quality, and excellence.Role Description The Interface Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for managing and coordinating interfaces between internal disciplines, external stakeholders, and project partners. This role oversees the identification, documentation, and resolution of interface issues to ensure alignment of design, engineering, construction, and commissioning activities. The Interface Manager collaborates closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives, maintaining clear communication channels and structured workflows. Daily responsibilities include leading coordination meetings, updating interface registers, monitoring risks and dependencies, and preparing progress reports and technical documentation. The role also supports compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and safety requirements while promoting efficient collaboration across all project phases.Qualifications Proven experience in interface management or coordination on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, including the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and change.Solid understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines and how they integrate within complex projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and align diverse teams.Ability to maintain detailed interface registers, technical documentation, and reporting using relevant digital tools and software.Familiarity with international construction standards, contractual requirements, and quality, safety, and compliance frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region and knowledge of local regulations and industry practices is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
