Interface ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Interface Manager to lead the coordination and integration of complex multidisciplinary EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. This strategic position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering disciplines, contractors, stakeholders, and project teams, driving project success from design through execution.YOUR ROLEAs Interface Manager, you will be responsible for managing project interfaces across civil, mechanical, electrical, marine, and plant disciplines while ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.Interface Coordination & ManagementEstablish and implement the project Interface Management Framework.Identify, monitor, and manage critical interface points between contractors, engineering teams, and external stakeholders.Ensure all interfaces across civil, mechanical, electrical, marine, and plant disciplines are clearly defined, tracked, and resolved.Proactively address interface issues to minimize project risks, delays, and conflicts.Stakeholder Communication & CollaborationServe as the primary focal point for interface-related matters.Facilitate effective communication among Project Directors, COOs, consultants, contractors, and project teams.Lead interface meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.Drive collaborative problem-solving and decision-making processes.Technical Interface ManagementOversee technical interfaces across all project phases and components.Review and approve Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and related technical documentation.Coordinate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical incompatibilities and design conflicts.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and engineering requirements.Schedule & Progress IntegrationIntegrate interface activities into the overall project schedule.Monitor progress of interdependent deliverables and identify potential bottlenecks.Support schedule optimization and timely resolution of interface-related delays.Prepare interface progress reports for senior management.Risk ManagementIdentify and assess interface-related risks and opportunities.Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impacts.Maintain and regularly update interface risk registers.Collaborate closely with HSE and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.Documentation & ReportingDevelop and maintain Interface Management Plans.Manage interface records, agreements, action logs, and decision registers.Produce regular reports highlighting key interface activities, risks, and resolutions.Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting requirements.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor the interface management team.Provide guidance and training on interface management best practices.Foster collaboration and alignment across project management and engineering teams.Support a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperienceMinimum 15 years of project management experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, marine, or large-scale construction projects.Minimum 5 years of experience in Interface Management, Project Coordination, or a similar leadership role.Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering interfaces throughout project lifecycles.Education and CertificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline).Master's Degree in Project Management or Engineering Management is highly desirable.PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations applicable to Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Marine, and Power sectors.OSHA, NEBOSH, or other relevant construction safety certifications are advantageous.Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, and Plant Engineering disciplines.Expertise in Interface Management Systems, Project Controls, and Risk Management.Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and related project management tools.Experience managing interface documentation, technical reviews, and contractor coordination.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex EPC project environments.WHAT WE OFFER The chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.Ready to be part of our team?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
