Interface Manager

Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interface Manager to join our team for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, highway, bridge, railway, metro, airport, or transportation projects.Proven experience in interface management within complex multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder environments.Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning processes.Experience coordinating with public authorities, utility providers, consultants, and major contractors.Knowledge of project management principles, risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement processes.Strong analytical, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple interfaces simultaneously while maintaining project priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Previous Middle East and Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate technical, contractual, and operational interfaces between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, and governmental authorities.Develop, implement, and maintain the Interface Management Plan throughout the project lifecycle.Identify, document, monitor, and resolve interface issues between engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of interface actions and related risks.Establish and maintain an interface register, tracking all interface agreements, responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces involving road, bridge, utility, traffic, drainage, electrical, mechanical, and landscape systems.Monitor third-party and utility interfaces, ensuring alignment with project schedules and technical requirements.Collaborate closely with planning, engineering, construction, project controls, and commercial teams to mitigate interface-related risks.Facilitate communication and information flow among project participants to ensure effective decision-making and problem resolution.Support the management of design changes, technical queries, constraints, and stakeholder requirements impacting project delivery.Prepare interface status reports, risk assessments, executive summaries, and management presentations.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project procedures, governance requirements, and client expectations.
