The firm aims to attract unique professionals who grow with the organization and help shape its future.Role Description The Interior Architect will design and develop interior concepts for residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring that spaces are functional, aesthetically cohesive, and aligned with Masan’s design standards. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, developing layouts and detailed drawings, coordinating interior fit-out requirements, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction and installation. The Interior Architect will also participate in site visits, review shop drawings, address design issues, and support project documentation and approvals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with a solid understanding of building design and coordination.Candidates should possess expertise in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including materials, finishes, furnishings, and implementation details.Candidates should possess proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring efficient, functional, and user-centered layouts.Candidates should possess competence in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) and basic 3D visualization tools.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Relevant experience in residential or mixed-use projects; experience in the Saudi market or GCC region is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.Effective communication
