Interior Architect (Luxury Villa) - Dubai based - Must have Architecture and Interior design along with AI

RIG Recruitment is working with a client based in Dubai that is a Construction / Developer company. At present the client is looking for a strong Interior Architect to join them who has a strong background with AI and work on luxury residential villa projects.The roleWe are adding a Design Technologist to the design team under the Design Director. The purpose of the role is to make the design function faster, more accurate and more legible to clients and authorities by putting frontier AI models, computational tools and structured data at the centre of how we work. You will carry real design and documentation responsibility on live villa projects, and you will be the person in the team who decides which tools we adopt, builds the workflows around them and proves they hold up under a Dubai Municipality submission and a demanding private client.This is a production role, not an innovation post. You will draw, model, document and present. The difference is that you will do it with a toolset most practices have not yet adopted, and you will be measured on the time and rework you remove from the design cycle.What you will doYou will produce and coordinate architectural and interior design documentation across concept, schematic, detailed design and authority submission stages on Palm Jumeirah villas, working within our stage and gate system. You will build and maintain BIM models and the parametric and scripted workflows around them, so that plan variations, area schedules, façade options and specification changes can be generated and checked in hours rather than days.You will use frontier image, language and multimodal models in the design process and be accountable for their output. That means concept visualisation and option generation that a client can react to in a first meeting, specification and schedule drafting from the model rather than from scratch, automated checking of drawings and schedules against our internal standards and against authority requirements before anything is submitted, and rapid production of the presentation material that turns a design decision into a signed client instruction.You will write the scripts and automations that connect design data to companies OS, working with our internal engineering team so that the design module reflects what is actually happening on the boards. You will help define the data standard for design information so that it can be queried, reported and reused across projects. You will evaluate new models and tools as they are released, run them against real project problems, and give the Design Director a clear recommendation on what to adopt, what to ignore and what to wait on. You will train the rest of the design team on the workflows you build and document them so they survive you.Salary budget: 20-25,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.Please send CV to david@therigrecruitment.com
