Applicants can expect to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment with exposure to diverse commercial and residential projects.Role Description The Interior Decorator will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and implement design and décor concepts for hospitality, residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior design schemes, selecting furniture and furnishings, creating mood boards, and presenting design proposals that align with client requirements and brand standards. The role involves visiting project sites, taking measurements, preparing layouts and coordinating with suppliers. The Interior Decorator will provide client-facing support, including consultations, product recommendations.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Interior Design, Decoration or a related field Strong skills in Decoration and Interior Design, with the ability to translate client needs into cohesive, functional concepts.Experience min 4 yearsHands-on experience working with Furniture and Furnishings, including selection, placement, and coordination of styles, materials, and finishes.Experience in hotel, residential or commercial projects within the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Ability to read floor plans and use basic design/layout tools; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
