Senior Project Coordinator | Interior Design | DubaiSalary: Up to AED 17,000 per month I’m working with an established interior design studio in Dubai looking for someone to take ownership of its projects during the post contract stage.This could suit a Senior Project Coordinator, Technical Interior Designer or Technical Design Coordinator with strong site experience.The focus is on reviewing what contractors submit, resolving technical issues and making sure the work delivered on site reflects the design intent.The role will involve:Reviewing shop drawings, coordination drawings and material submittalsResponding to RFIs and resolving issues with contractors on siteDeveloping practical detailing solutions where designs need to be adapted for constructionCoordinating technical information from MEP, lighting and AV/IT consultantsCarrying out site inspections, workshops, snagging and de-snaggingWorking with the document controller to track submissions, responses and outstanding informationYou’ll need a strong understanding of interior construction methods and installation, experience working on UAE projects, and the confidence to push back when a proposed solution compromises the design or project requirements.A UAE driving licence is required for site visits across the Emirates.
