We are a residential design-build company focused on luxury villas, renovations, interiors, and high-quality construction projects.We are looking for someone with strong taste, beautiful design sense, and the technical ability to turn ideas into clear visuals and drawings. You should be able to create elegant interiors, prepare realistic renderings, support material and furniture selections, and help our construction team understand the design clearly before work starts.Main responsibilities:Create interior concepts, moodboards, layouts, and design presentationsPrepare high-quality 3D renderings for residential interiorsUse 3ds Max with V-Ray/Corona or similar rendering softwarePrepare AutoCAD drawings, elevations, furniture layouts, ceiling/lighting concepts, and basic technical design detailsSourcing furniture, light fixtures, tiles, plumbing fixtures, fabrics, cabinetry finishes.Prepare clear design packages that can be understood by contractors, suppliers, and site teamsCoordinate with our project team, suppliers, joinery and contractorsRevise designs based on feedback while keeping the overall design quality highRequirements:Strong interior design portfolioGood taste and understanding of luxury residential designStrong 3ds Max skillStrong AutoCAD skillAbility to produce both beautiful visuals and practical design drawingsResidential villa/interior experience preferredKnowledge of SketchUp, Revit or InDesign is a bonusMust be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlinesMust be comfortable working in-office and collaborating with teamWork location:Mignon Design BuildSheikh Rashid Tower, World Trade Centre18th Floor, Office 1808Dubai, UAEWorking hours:Monday to Friday9:00 AM to 5:00 PMSalary:Year 1: AED 5,500/monthYear 2: AED 6,000/monthYear 3: AED 6,500/monthBenefits:Full-time stable roleFriendly office environment with a young and growing companyOpportunity to work on luxury residential projectsAnnual salary increasesChristmas bonuses based on performance30 days off per yearThis role is a good fit for someone who wants to grow with a serious design-build company, work on real projects, and see their designs actually get built.
