Interior Designer & Client Experience Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Interior Designer & Client Experience Intern to join our growing team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will support both interior design activities and client communication, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, scheduling site visits, and assisting clients with material and design selections.This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design who also enjoys interacting with clients and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Creative SupportAssist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.Help clients choose suitable colors, finishes, and materials for their spaces.Support the preparation of design presentations and proposals.Coordinate with the design and operations teams regarding client requirements.Assist with site measurements and design documentation when required.Client Experience & CommunicationRespond professionally to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media.Understand client requirements and provide information about the company's wrapping and renovation services.Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the inquiry and quotation process.Follow up on pending quotations, client approvals, and project updates.Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.Quotation Preparation & Site Visit CoordinationPrepare and send quotations based on client requirements and measurements provided by the team.Coordinate with the operations team regarding pricing, materials, and project requirements.Schedule and confirm site visits, consultations, and appointments.Ensure all necessary client information, including property details and locations, is properly documented.Maintain organized records of client inquiries, quotations, and scheduled visits.Assist with installation scheduling and project coordination when required.Qualifications & RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.Passionate about interior design, customer service, and client relationship management.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or other design software is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.Confident in communicating with clients and handling multiple inquiries.Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.What We OfferHands-on experience in interior design, client communication, and project coordination.Exposure to residential and commercial renovation projects.Practical training in quotation preparation, material selection, and client management.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Opportunity to develop both creative and professional communication skills.Potential opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements.How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply through LinkedIn with their updated CV and design portfolio, if available.Join Lux Renov8 and gain valuable experience in interior design while helping us deliver exceptional client experiences!
