Worood Intraflora aims to deliver seamless, high-end experiences that leave a lasting impression on clients and their guests.Role Description The Interior Designer at WOROOD will collaborate closely with event planners, floral designers, and clients to conceptualize and execute interior and event space designs that align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts and mood boards, planning spatial layouts, selecting finishes and materials, and coordinating FF&E to complement floral and event themes. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, liaising with vendors and contractors, and overseeing on-site installation to ensure quality and design integrity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring regular presence at project locations, client meetings, and event venues.Qualifications Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E selection, with the ability to create cohesive, high-end concepts for events and interiors.Strong Space Planning skills to optimize flow, functionality, and aesthetics in event venues and interior environments.Understanding of Architecture principles and the ability to interpret and work with Construction Drawings.Experience collaborating with event, floral, and production teams to deliver integrated design solutions.Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Skilled in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.Excellent communication, client-facing, and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and time management.Experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end event design in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
