In this position, you will meet with clients to understand their needs, translate requirements into creative interior concepts, and develop design proposals that align with INLAY’s standards of quality and functionality. You will prepare detailed layouts, construction drawings, and specifications, coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installation teams, and oversee design implementation on-site to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Day-to-day work includes space planning, selecting materials and finishes, specifying FF&E, and ensuring designs are practical, aesthetically cohesive, and tailored to the client’s lifestyle. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, maintain documentation, and support a smooth, transparent experience for clients throughout their home interior journey.Qualifications Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to develop functional and aesthetic residential interiors.Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for comfort, usability, and flow in kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors.Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings and detailed specifications for on-site execution and coordination with contractors.Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and custom modular solutions.Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and experience in residential projects.Skill with design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and strong technical drawing capabilities.Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Hyderabad.
