The Allure Studio values collaboration, attention to detail, and a high standard of craftsmanship throughout the design and delivery process.Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at The Allure Studio’s Bengaluru location. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, and coordinating space planning and interior details. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The Interior Designer will also oversee site visits, monitor project progress, support budget and timeline adherence, and ensure final installations meet agreed quality and design standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to optimize layouts and ensure structural feasibility.Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization tools.Strong design sensibility, knowledge of current trends, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and budget constraints.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and with external partners.Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in an on-site capacity is preferred.
