Interior Designer

A well-established office interior design company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an arabic speaking experienced interior designer for its operations. The company is known for its innovative and creative workspace designs, delivering high-end sustainable projects on time and within budget.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer – Office Fit-Out to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, and managing fit-out implementation on-site. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality interiors that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop innovative and functional interior design concepts in line with client requirements and brand standards.concept designer proficient in Goddard creative space planning and 3dsPrepare mood boards, sketches, space planning, and 3D visualizations.Select furniture, finishes, materials, and color schemes.Technical DocumentationCreate detailed interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.Prepare FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules and material boards.Ensure design documentation complies with local regulations and standards.Project Coordination & Fit-OutCoordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during the design and execution phases.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality of work aligns with design specifications.Resolve design-related issues and propose solutions during construction and fit-out stages.Client ManagementAttend client meetings and present design proposals.Interpret client needs and translate them into design concepts.Provide updates on design progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.10+ years of experience in interior design and fit-out in commercial / hospitality/retail projects.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Knowledge of local building codes, health & safety standards, and fit-out processes.Knowledge in Arabic language is mandatoryExperience:10+ years prior experience in office interior fit out field in UAE
