Day-to-day tasks include preparing design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes; creating detailed space plans; coordinating FF&E selections; and producing drawings and documentation aligned with project requirements and local regulations. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure design intent is realized during construction and finishing. The Interior Designer will also participate in site visits, review shop drawings, support value engineering, and maintain consistent design standards across projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Interior Design, including concept development, material selection, and FF&E coordination.Strong skills in Space Planning to create efficient, safe, and aesthetically pleasing layouts.Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.Ability to produce and review Construction Drawings and design documentation that guide implementation on site.Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.Proficiency with design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and MS Office.Understanding of building codes, local regulations, and industry standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects in the region is an advantage.
