The company delivers fully customized solutions for bedrooms, wardrobes, dressing rooms, living rooms, kitchens, dining tables, and sofa sets. Projects range from single-room refurbishments to complete home fit-outs, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail. Team members collaborate closely with clients to translate concepts into high-quality, practical interior and furniture solutions.Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional interior concepts for residential spaces and custom furniture, aligned with client requirements and project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, preparing mood boards and design presentations, creating detailed layouts and 3D visualizations, and specifying materials, finishes, and furniture. The role involves coordinating with production and installation teams, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring quality and design consistency throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, requiring close collaboration with in-house manufacturing and decor teams.Qualifications Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specification and selection.Proficiency in Space Planning with a solid understanding of Architecture principles.Ability to prepare and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation.Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to balance creativity with practicality.Effective communication skills and capability to work collaboratively with clients, production teams, and contractors on-site in Sharjah.Previous experience in custom residential interiors or furniture manufacturing is an advantage.
