Joining the team provides the opportunity to contribute to distinctive projects in a dynamic, design-led studio setting.Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects, project managers, and suppliers to deliver interior projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings, preparing mood boards, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E items aligned with project requirements and budgets. The role involves space planning, coordinating with contractors and vendors, attending site visits, and ensuring that design intent is maintained through all stages of construction and fit-out. The Interior Designer will also support client presentations, contribute to project documentation, and help maintain design standards and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate concepts into coherent spatial solutions.Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Construction Drawings, including layout development and detailed technical documentation.Candidates should possess skills related to FF&E, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with prior experience in interior design projects, is preferred.Strong visual communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment are important.Knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and suppliers in the UAE market is an advantage.
