In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect the needs and aspirations of our clients. Your expertise in both architecture and interior design will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of our properties.Working closely with architects, clients, and contractors, you will transform conceptual ideas into comprehensive design solutions, ensuring that each project aligns with Awtad's commitment to quality, sustainability, and excellence in real estate development.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various projectsDevelop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projectsPrepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for constructionSelect materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost-effective solutionsOversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelinesCoordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phasesStay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior designExpertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of building codes, regulations, and design standardsExcellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detailOutstanding communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyFluency in Arabic and English is preferredBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusPaid Time Off
