Company DescriptionDot 2 Design Interiors is a young, dynamic interior design consultancy based in Business Central Tower, Media City, Dubai, UAE. The company has delivered healthcare, hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.Role DescriptionDevelop high end interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.Prepare mood boards, material boards and design presentations.Develop space plans and furniture layouts.Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.Coordinate interior design drawings and details.Coordinate with CAD and 3D design teams.Prepare and maintain material and specification sheets.Coordinate with suppliers and obtain material samples and quotations when required.Review shop drawings and material submissions.Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams.Ensure design intent is maintained during project execution.Assist in resolving design and site-related issues.Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of Interior Design experience in the UAE.Good command over written and spoken English.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials and finishes.Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts and technical drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Photoshop is an advantage.Knowledge of AI Tools is a must.Experience with material selection, specifications and supplier coordination.Strong communication and coordination skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Willingness to attend project sites when required.Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.Experience with FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that meet project design and budget requirements.Strong visual, conceptual, and detail-oriented design skills, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and contractors.Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial projects is a must.We will offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn with their updated CV and portfolio.Please ensure your portfolio includes relevant interior design projects and clearly demonstrates your experience and involvement in the design process.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
