Interior Designer – Luxury Furniture & Home Interiors

About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, customer-focused Interior Designer to join a leading luxury furniture and home interiors brand in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential interior design or luxury furniture retail, an excellent sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate customer preferences into elegant and functional living spaces.This is a client-facing role that combines interior design expertise with consultative selling, requiring close collaboration with customers and the showroom team to deliver exceptional design solutions and achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative and personalised interior design solutions aligned with customers' preferences, lifestyles, and budgets.Prepare and present design concepts, furniture layouts, and product recommendations to customers.Conduct client consultations, including showroom appointments and home visits, to understand design requirements.Recommend furniture, furnishings, and accessories while contributing to showroom sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the design and sales process.Manage design project deliverables, ensuring presentations and project schedules are completed on time.Coordinate with showroom, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated on interior design trends, colour palettes, materials, and luxury furniture collections.Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate the quality, craftsmanship, and design features of the brand's offerings.Support showroom visual merchandising, seasonal launches, and overall presentation standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience in residential interior design, luxury furniture retail, or premium home interiors, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.Previous experience in a customer-facing interior design or furniture showroom environment is highly preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe design software, and MS Office.Strong creative and design presentation skills, with a good understanding of furniture layouts, colour coordination, and space planning.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.Commercial awareness and the ability to combine design expertise with consultative selling.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design assignments.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
