The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.OfferEmployment contract and stable employment,Benefits package,Work in an international environment,Opportunities for professional development and further qualifications,Participation in exciting projects carried out around the world.Main duties:Coordinating interior outfitting projects through all stages: from input documentation analysis, engineering, project implementation and installation, to financial settlement of the projectConducting ship inspections, including extensive international travel to vessels and various office locations.Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Managing the engineering and project preparation team.Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Solid experience in implementing turnkey interior projects (ship interior experience preferred).Education in a relevant field (architecture, construction, or shipbuilding).Ability to coordinate marine outfitting engineering and construction works.Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.Fluent English.Fluent Polish (Mandatory)Preferred qualifications:Experience working on passenger ships.Knowledge of electrical, fire safety, sanitary, and ventilation systems.Experience in interior design.Familiarity with vessel regulatory requirements such as SOLAS, MED, ADA, and USPH.
