Intermediate Behavioral Therapists (Part-time/Full-time)

Primary Role & TypePosition: Full-time and part-time Behavioral Therapists.Employment Status: 1099 Independent Contractor (Contract labor position).Locations: Nashville (Ligon Drive), Tennessee, with options for tele-therapy.Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Care: Establish open lines of communication, provide effective therapy, and offer assistance Planning & Goal Setting: Create and implement treatment plans while coaching clients to meet their goalsAdministrative: Chart and document sessions, charge copays during sessions, and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerCollaboration: Partner with additional treatment providers, placement agencies, and coworkers on tough casesService Quality: Maintain a positive reputation and customer experienceQualifications & RequirementsLicensure: Applicants must be Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).Experience: Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.Skills: Ability to work independently as a therapist in a private practice, build rapport with clients, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with community mental health resources.Specialized NeedsThe practice is specifically looking for providers trained or informed in the following areas:Trauma: EMDR, Trauma Informed, and Rapid Trauma Informed therapy.Modalities: Expressive Arts, Family Systems, Gottman, Psychodrama, and DBT.Demographics: Therapists who enjoy working with college-age young adults.Service ScopeProviders are expected to treat a variety of conditions, including:Mental Health: Depression, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.Developmental/Behavioral: ADD/ADHD and academic issues.Lifestyle & Relationships: Disordered eating, substance dependence (medication/alcohol), sexual issues, and relationship/social issues.For more details, visit our page and submit your application at the link provided: https://www.forwardcounseling.com/therapist-positions
