We secure the flight space and prices we need, ensure our shipments arrive on time, and manage risk if something goes wrong. Ultimately, these contracts help our business run efficiently, enter new markets, and stay ahead of the competition.A DAY IN LIFEAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours as an Air Contract intern should involve you having to :Produce contract documentation and change control and ensure timely signatures by authorised personnelCollate contract document and proactively gather and process relevant data for effective contract managementEffective communicate with service providers on administrative mattersAssist with service reviews and actively follow issues through until satisfactory resolutionMonitor supplier's performance against SLAs in relevant contractsParticipate in projects as requiredAct as a back-up to other team members during absence / leave etcAttend relevant meetings as requiredRequirementsCan speak and write English to an advanced degreeAbility to analyze problems and provide provide simple outcome report Displays confidence in public settings, and in front of an audienceFast thinker and adapt quickly to new environmentDisplays high attention to detail Has strong values and integrityComfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)We are seeking an ambitious and reliable intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry.Driven to gain practical industry knowledge and real-world experience.
