If you enjoy solving real problems and seeing your work used at scale, you will feel right at home here.What You'll Do:Support the Business Planning & Strategy department in the day-to-day coordination of business planning and strategic initiatives.Assist in preparing presentation decks, briefing materials, and internal reports for management and Board discussions.Help maintain project trackers, documentation, and action-item logs to keep initiatives on schedule.Conduct desktop research on fintech, payments, and regulatory developments relevant to TNGDSG.Compile and organise data to support market, competitor, and business analysis.Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items across teams.Provide scheduling, document filing, and general administrative support to the CEO's Office.Support cross-functional teams (Compliance, Partnerships, Product, and Finance) by gathering inputs and consolidating updates.Assist with ad-hoc projects and daily operational tasks as guided by the SupervisorRole Requirements:Qualifications:Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldAvailability: Able to commit to a full internship period, ideally 3 to 6 monthsCommunication Skills: Goaod verbal and written communication; comfortable preparing slides and documents.Learning Attitude: Curious and analytical, willing to learn and take initiative.Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Skills/Knowledge:Good command of written and oral English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and comfortable picking up new toolsSelf-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute within a small, close-knit teamWell organised, with strong attention to detailKeen interest in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plusWhat you get:Work your wayFlexible working hoursRewards that grow with youMonthly lifestyle allowance via TNG eWalletWhat it’s like to work here:We care about people who take ownership, speak up, and want to make things better.
