Intern - CA Industrial Trainee

We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join our Controllership & Business Finance team in Bengaluru.This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting, controllership, business finance, reconciliations, internal controls and business performance analysis in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and period-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals, journal entries and reconciliations.Assist with preparation and review of financial and management reports.Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations and support timely closure of open items.Work on key finance processes including P2P, O2C and Treasury.Support review of operating expenses, provisions, liabilities and working capital.Assist in internal controls testing and identification of process/control gaps.Support business and financial variance analysis and preparation of management reports.Assist with GST/TDS and other statutory reconciliations as required.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and financial impact.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and reporting efficiency.Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and reports using Advanced Excel / Power Query / Power BI.Who Are We Looking For?CA Intermediate cleared.Eligible for CA Industrial Training as per applicable ICAI requirements.Candidates with at least 1 year of Articleship experience completed.Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong proficiency in MS Excel.Exposure to Power BI, Power Query or financial modelling will be an added advantage.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
