Client-Servicing Intern (Full-time, On-site)Final Semester Students only~Hiring for: Brand Scale-Up Inc. Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North BengaluruDesignation: Account Management & Client-Servicing InternExperience: 0-1 yearOverview:We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-Servicing intern with prior agency experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for major FMCG and D2C clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring seamless project execution. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requestsCoordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project deliverables and timelinesProvide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfactionCollaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goalsEnsure client expectations are clearly communicated and metContribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clientsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clientsQualifications:Education background such as BBA, MBA, Media and Communication, Advertising, PR or any related fieldExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to take ownership of tasks and close loops effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSomeone with a proactive approach to problem-solvingThis role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in client and brand communication within the agency space, looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
