Company DescriptionLetswork is EMEA's leading platform for flexible workspace, helping people and companies find, book, and manage coworking desks, meeting rooms, and offices across 25+ cities, for anything from an hour to a long-term stay. Our global membership connects remote professionals with top coworking spaces, hotels, cafés, and other "third spaces," making in-person collaboration and community easy to find wherever you are. Behind the scenes, our AI-powered operating system helps run bookings, access, billing, and reporting for venues - all in one place, with built-in demand from our platform. We're trusted by 80,000+ users worldwide and rated 4.8 stars across 56,000+ reviews. And we're about to launch our most ambitious project yet: Work From Park (WFP), a first-of-its-kind coworking destination built with the Dubai Municipality inside Barsha Pond Park - with a running track, basketball courts, and five-a-side pitches on-site. This role sits right at the center of that.Role DescriptionThis isn't a sit-in-the-corner, watch-from-the-sidelines internship. As our Events & Community Lead, you'll own the living room we're building at WFP - the daily rhythm that turns a coworking space into a place people actually want to show up to.Concretely, that means: running a weekly calendar of recurring events - think run club, a masterclass, yoga & sound healing, a rotating creative workshop, and a community social - end to end, from planning through execution, every single week. You'll also help shape and run our weekend "hacker house" energy, and co-plan the bigger flagship moments - socials, offsites, founder retreats, awards nights - alongside the wider team. You'll work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product along the way, and you'll see the direct line between the calendar you build and the community forming in the park outside your window. This starts as a paid, 4-month full-time role based in Dubai, with a path to converting into a full-time Events & Community Lead once you're up and running.QualificationsA genuine love of bringing people together IRL (if you don't know what IRL is... this might not be for you) — you get energy from a packed room, not drained by it.You're into fitness/wellness culture, creative workshops, hospitality, or community-building of any kind.Sharp organizational instincts — you can run multiple projects without dropping a ball, and you know the difference between a good run of show and a great one.Strong written and verbal communication — you can write an invite people actually open, and hold a room's attention when you're hosting.AI-literate — comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up planning, draft outreach and event copy, and pull together recaps. Curiosity about partnerships — you're comfortable reaching out to instructors, vendors, and brands to bring in new workshop formats and collabs.Recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or something adjacent.Comfortable in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment — things move quickly here, and we like it that way.Handy with the basics — spreadsheets, slides, a simple CRM or RSVP tool like Luma — and quick to pick up new tools.
