This role sits right at the center of that launch.Role DescriptionThis isn't a sit-behind-a-desk internship. As our Content Creator, you'll be the face and camera behind Letswork globally - capturing the energy of the brand, our venue partners, our members, and the story of WFP (our flagship HQ) as it comes to life, and turning that into content people actually stop scrolling for.Concretely, that means: shooting and editing photo and video on your iPhone, daily events - run club mornings, masterclasses, community socials, the park itself, the people who make it interesting. You'll post across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, adapting tone and format for each. You'll be comfortable being on camera yourself - hosting, narrating, stopping strangers for a quick clip - and just as comfortable behind it. You'll use AI tools (Midjourney, Seedance, Higgsfield) alongside Canva to produce graphic and written content fast, and you'll have a sharp eye for what's fresh - trends, formats, sounds - before everyone else catches on.This starts as a paid, 4-month full-time internship based in Dubai, with a real path to converting into a full-time Marketing role once you're up and running.QualificationsGenuinely great with an iPhone camera - you know how to shoot and edit content that looks good without needing a full production setup. Own gear is a plus.Confident on camera yourself - funny, witty, quick on your feet, and just as comfortable talking to a stranger in the park as you are hosting a scripted clip.Fluent in the language of each platform - you post differently on Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and you know why.Taste - you notice what's fresh before it's everywhere, and you have opinions about what's good and what's not.AI-literate across creative tools - comfortable with Midjourney, Seedance, Higgsfield, and confident with Canva specifically (this one's a must).Strong written communication - captions, hooks, and copy that make people stop scrolling.Arabic or other additional language fluency is a big plus.Comfortable in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment - things move quickly here, and we like it that way.Bonus points if you're into fitness/wellness culture, events, or storytelling of any kind.
