The group, owned by more than 4000 shareholders, has over 30,000 professionals from more than 26 countries working towards its continued growth.Role Description The Intern – ESG will support the development and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives across Malabar Gold and Diamonds - International Operations. This on-site internship role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves gathering and analyzing ESG-related data, documentation, assisting in sustainability reporting, and supporting compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The intern will help prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders, contribute to ESG awareness campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to responsible sourcing, community initiatives, and corporate governance practices.Qualifications- The intern will support various CSR and ESG initiatives of the company, working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.- Key responsibilities will include stakeholder coordination, data entry and documentation, coordinating data collection, and supporting ongoing CSR/ESG-related activities and reporting.- Candidates with exposure to sustainability, the development sector, social sciences, or related fields will be preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential- Can work independently, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.- High level of integrity, curiosity to learn, and willingness to take initiative in an on-site environment.Interested candidates, kindly mail your CVs to tina.j@malabargroup.com along with a short note on why you would like to do an internship in MGD.
