Intern-Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:On-site and remote technical support for customers to resolve issues in POC or after-sales inquiries.Track, maintain and resolve incidents as well as provide reports to customers.Perform device installation and integration into the customer environment.Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers.Escalate product issues to R&D team.Create technical documentation for projects and/or internal knowledge base.Engage in both domestic and international projects.Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will guide and support them throughout their tenure.Requirements:Fresh graduates/final year students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication skills in Arabic (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above).
